Julie is a master with the poles, err, uh, whatever. I’ve known her for the last ten years and we chat about running, the evolution of the trail running community in North Carolina, lotteries, and the Appalachian Trail. Hi Tim, I started listening to ET a little more than a year ago. I started from the beginning, episode 1. This one with Julie is easily one of my top-3 favorite episodes. (“Seconds Count” may be my all-time fave). Great to hear another familiar voice on the podcast. Keep up the good work my friend.
